About the Project

KurbsideGamerz, a mobile gaming truck company specializing in party services, faced significant operational challenges due to their entirely manual processes. The owners were managing customer inquiries through text messages and manually editing images for their website, which was both time-consuming and inefficient. Despite recognizing the potential benefits of AI and technology, the owners lacked the technical knowledge to implement these solutions themselves. They needed a way to streamline their operations and improve customer service without having to delve into complex tech themselves. Before our intervention, KurbsideGamerz was manually responding to customer inquiries through text, which was time-consuming and often delayed. We engineered a Q&A chatbot that automated this process, providing instant, accurate answers to common questions. Available on the website, this responsiveness greatly improved the customer experience, ensuring inquiries were handled efficiently and promptly.

Secondly, we developed a backend tool that intelligently crops images to highlight the most relevant content, ensuring their website always looked professional and appealing. This automation saved them significant time and effort, previously spent on manual image editing.
